User Agreement

Welcome to TimeTin! This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding contract between you and TimeTin (“TimeTin,” “Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your use of the TimeTin mobile application and related internet services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms, regardless of whether you register as a member (“Member”).

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Updates become effective when posted on our mobile application or website. We may also notify you via email or in-app notifications. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

This Agreement explains how you may use TimeTin, your responsibilities, and restrictions on use. Please read carefully. If you are under 18 years old, you may not use our Services, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

1. General Terms

* We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Notification will appear in the app. You are responsible for staying informed of updates.

* If you disagree with any term or update, your only recourse is to discontinue using the Service and delete your account.

* You must be at least 18 years old to use TimeTin.

* By using the Service, you represent that you are not required to register as a sex offender with any government authority.

* Services are free to use, but standard Internet or mobile provider fees may still apply.

2. Account Responsibilities

* To create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

* You are accountable for all activity under your account.

* If you register via third-party services, those providers’ privacy policies govern that data; our Privacy Policy applies to the connection between accounts.

* TimeTin may suspend or delete your account if we determine your actions violate this Agreement or applicable law.

* To delete your account, contact helptimetin@outlook.com. Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

3. Information Collection

We may collect information about your activity on the Services, including:

* Pages and profiles visited

* Features and functions used

* Profile searches, friend invitations, and login frequency

* IP address, device information, and account activity

4. Use of Services

You agree to comply with these Terms, Community Guidelines, and all applicable laws. You may not:

* Post or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, threatening, or otherwise objectionable

* Impersonate others or access accounts without permission

* Harass, threaten, or defraud other users

* Interfere with the Service’s security, features, or operation

* Reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works from the Services, except as legally permitted

* Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code

* Circumvent content filtering or access unauthorized areas

* Use the Services for illegal purposes

TimeTin is not responsible for user-generated content, third-party interactions, or any losses resulting from content posted by others. Use the Services at your own risk.

5. User-Generated Content

* By submitting content (“User Content”), you grant TimeTin a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and modify your content for purposes of the Service.

* You represent and warrant that your content does not violate third-party rights or applicable laws.

* You waive any moral or publicity rights against TimeTin regarding User Content.

* TimeTin may monitor, remove, or modify User Content at its discretion without notice.

6. Technical Requirements

* You are responsible for ensuring your device meets technical specifications to run the Services.

* TimeTin may update technical requirements at any time.

7. Virtual Items and Payments

* You may purchase virtual tokens (“Tokens”) or credits to use within the Services.

* Tokens cannot be exchanged for cash or other currency. All sales are final.

* Payment may be processed via credit/debit card or other methods; you are responsible for associated fees.

* Refunds are generally not provided except where legally required or within 14 days for EU subscribers.

8. Subscriptions

* Subscriptions auto-renew unless disabled at least 24 hours before the current term ends.

* Prices may change upon renewal.

* Introductory offers are available only to first-time subscribers.

* Subscription purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

* You can manage auto-renewal through your Apple or Google account settings.

9. Safety and Conduct

* Do not use the Services for illegal purposes or to harm other users.

* Automated access or scraping is prohibited.

* Do not share, solicit, or misuse another user’s account information.

* Prohibited content includes pornography, graphic violence, threats, hate speech, or illegal activity.

* Do not attempt to bypass security or content restrictions.

10. Intellectual Property

* All content on TimeTin, including graphics, data, and media, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

* You are not granted any ownership rights to TimeTin intellectual property.

* By uploading content, you grant TimeTin a license to use it as described in Section 5.

11. Termination

TimeTin may terminate your account or access without notice if:

* You violate this Agreement or applicable laws

* You misuse the Services

* We are unable to continue providing Services

Termination is your only remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services or these Terms.

12. Disclaimers

* Services are provided “as-is” without warranty.

* TimeTin is not liable for content posted by users, technical malfunctions, or third-party interactions.

* We do not guarantee specific results or endorse third-party advertisements.

13. Legal Jurisdiction

* Governed by the laws of Hong Kong.

* Disputes will be resolved by arbitration under the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre.

14. Miscellaneous

* Invalid provisions do not affect the rest of the Agreement.

* Additional terms for specific Services may apply and become part of this Agreement.

* This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and TimeTin.

* Rights may not be transferred without our consent.
